Vintage 1960s Blue and White Abstract Textured Short Sleeve Day Dress

Description

Sweet vintage dress circa 1960s – blue and white textured fabric in an abstract design of bright turquoise on white. Fabrication not stated but fabric is a medium weight and feels like a polyester knit. (See close up photo of fabric front and back.) Simply designed with a seam down the middle front of the dress and a slight hint of an empire style waist. Short sleeves, mandarin style collar, back zip closure, flirty flared skirt – super cute! Belt shown not included. Good condition with a couple of very tiny thread pulls.

No labels – would likely fit a Medium to Large but please check measurements below to be sure of fit.

Measurements taken with garment lying flat and unstretched:

14.5 inches = Shoulder seam to shoulder seam
19 inches = Seam to seam at the underarms (doubled = 38 inches)
16 inches = Waist (doubled = 32 inches)
Free = Hips (Skirt is flared)
36 inches = Length mid shoulder to hemline

Dress has been laundered and is being stored in a smoke-free, cat friendly home.
