Hook Island Sunrise series

Description

Such a happy design in this glass platter set.

This was inspired by a recent trip to see the sun set over Hook Island in Queensland.

These are made firstly by creating the centre design of glass stringers, rods, pieces of coloured glass as well as pieces of dichroic glass. This is then fused as a feature within the external black border.

Should you wish, I could recreate this design in almost any colour of the rainbow.
