This top has fabulous vintage-style appeal, and now you can make one for your little girl, or a dozen for all the girls in the neighborhood. The top features a rounded yoke at the neck, button shoulders and contrast band at hem. Choose your favorite two fabrics, and get to sewing! This is the top she'll wear all Summer, and love it so much she'll wear it through the Winter layered over a white tee and jeans.

This pattern includes instructions for sizes 2 through 7, with options for lengthening top into dress if desired.

My intent with this pattern is to make sewing stylish children's clothing more accessible to those who are newer to sewing. In this tutorial, the photographs take you through the construction step-by-step, and the directions are written in plain language that is easy to understand. My goal is that you have a pleasant sewing experience, and end up with a garment you'll be proud to have your child wear.
