Description

St. Rock was a rich guy who gave up everything to administer to plague victims only to get a dose of it himself. He crawled off to a cave where a dog befriended him, bringing the saint food every day.

St. Rock recovered but was eventually thrown into jail where he died after several years. After spending all that time in jail without his dog, Rock insisted that his pet join him in heaven.

Dogs are not allowed in prison OR heaven but Rock refused to enter the Pearly Gates without his dog, St. Licky.

St.Licky is the only dog in heaven. Maybe if you are as good and holy as St. Rock they'll let your dog in too.


St. Rock is the patron of dogs and dog lovers and prisoners and is also invoked against plague and pestilence, but is not too busy to dog sit while you're on vacation.

Comes with a holy card and the story of St. Rock.
