"Simon Says...Sit Down"The kids in this piece just love playing outside on hot summer days. Today they are partaking in a game of "Simon Says". It looks like the youngest sister is out :)
The piece measures 6” x 6” and was done on 1 3/8” gallery wrapped canvas. The collage is carried over onto the sides of the piece, so there is no need for a frame. It would look great hanging on a wall or sitting on a desk or bookshelf. To create this piece, I used photocopies of vintage images, acrylic paints, pages from old books, ink, pastels and charcoal. It is sealed with acrylic matte medium. The piece is signed and dated on the right edge and on the back.
