Leather and Wool Felt Mary Jane Baby Shoes- Sizes 1-6

Description

These classic Mary Jane style shoes are hand made using recycled leather for the uppers and sole, and wool felt for the upper lining. Each has contrast stitching around the opening edge and straps.

The pair pictured was made using chocolate leather and raspberry sherbet felt for the lining. These can also be made using black leather, as in the last photo. Your shoes will also have a darling coordinating printed fabric on the inside of the sole, and a matching ribbon loop sewn to the heel to aid in getting them on and off Baby’s feet.

You will choose what size you'd like the shoes to be, from infant sizes 1, 2, 3 or 4. Following is a guideline for approximate sizing:

Shoe size, Foot length (heel to toe), Average age
1, 3 1/4" - 3 1/2", 6 wks. - 3 mos.
2, 3 1/2" - 3 3/4", 3-6 mos.
3, 4" - 4 1/4", 6-9 mos.
4, 4 1/4" - 4 1/2", 9-12 mos.
5, 4 3/4" - 5", 12-18 mos.
6, 5" - 5 1/4", 18-24 mos.

(If your child or the child you are purchasing shoes for does not fall exactly into one of the categories above, err on the side of caution and order the next size up.

Once you have purchased the shoes, you will include in the "notes" portion of your transaction the size you'd like your shoes to be, and then I will make your pair just for you! If there is anything specific you'd like done to your shoes, such as a change in the colors or motif, please also include this in your comments and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

Shoes will be shipped approximately 2 weeks from receipt of payment.

*NOTE: Due to my ever-changing supply of fabrics, leather and trims, your shoes may not look EXACTLY like the photo in this listing. If there are any major changes in colors, fabrics, buttons, etc. that need to be made, I will let you know.
