The Bower Pillow / Cushion Cover

Description

For about three months out of the year there is a tree, in my neighborhood, who spreads the most lush leaves over my head. And every day as the sun begins to dip below the skyline of the Cascades, the light filters through those rich leaves creating a glowing green haven. I always try to time my walks to coincide with those few moments of magic, to pause and soak up the fleeting sunlight.

"The Bower" pillow has been created by layering wool felt cutouts (none of that crafty felt stuff either, this is the real deal) onto a patterned cotton in shades of white, beige and brown. Tiny veins have been stitched in pale green to emphasize the layers of leaves. The back features and envelope style closure in bright white cotton with pale linen ties, stitched up with a hint of green.

Vital Signs:
Cover measures 17.5” square (this means a 18” inserts fits nice and full).
Material is a combo of wool, linen and cotton fabrics, interfaced for strength.
With this cover I heartily recommend spot cleaning to preserve your lovely forever.
