This carseat/stroller quilt is the product of a collaborative effort between my late Great-Grandma Nettie and me.

The quilt top was hand-pieced by Mamaw over 15 years ago, using donated fabrics gathered from her local church group. There are a wide variety of fabrics, including cottons, cotton-poly blends and who knows what else! It's a smorgasbord of discovery!

The entire quilt has been machine-quilted using multicolored cotton thread in a decorative stitch in the crazy quilt tradition. Non-bleached, 100% cotton, beard-proof batting gives the quilt a nice drape and provides warmth. The quilt back and binding are made from lovely cotton fabrics with vintage flavor. The binding features mitred corners and a decorative border stitch.

Measuring approximately 29" x 22" (73cm x 56cm), the quilt is absolutely unique and full of surprises. Lots of colors and textures for baby to explore! Perfect for the stroller or car seat, or even as a doll quilt.

Quilt is prewashed for softness.

It's best to either wash your quilt by hand in cold water and line dry, or machine-wash on delicate in cold water and be sure to use a garment bag or pillowcase to protect the tender fabrics in the quilt top.
