Original Multi-media painting - Time of Passage -

Description

This painting, part of a dyptych (pair of paintings) was inspired by a flock of black birds on my front lawn. There seemed to be thousands of them invading the space...and it was so fun to watch the individual personalities of the birds ans they sauntered around. Then a huge SWOOSH as they all lifted up into the air and landed in a new space...very inspiring!

This is painted on masonite, approx. 15" x 24". Layers of drawing and painting, with some areas sanded down to reveal the colors beneath.

Comes ready to hang in a contemporary gold, red and black frame.
