In The Pink

What do you do with a beautifully clear pink Tourmaline? This one sat on my workbench for about a month. I would start to make a band but the gemstone just didn't seem happy and I would move on to other projects. Then, last week everything just clicked into place. I'm very proud to show you the results. I don't have the exact carat weight on this gemstone, but it is a 7mm triangle. The color is a true baby pink with no hint of orange. I think it's an outstanding tourmaline.

The sterling silver band is handmade. It is about 3mm wide and made of two layers. The top layer is very narrow and runs all the way around the ring. It ends on the long side of the triangle with three silver balls. On the point side of the triangle there is one silver ball. This ring is a size 7.5. Life is too short to wear ordinary jewelry!

This ring will come in a lovely ring box ready for giving. It will be beautifully packaged and will arrive by insured mail within the US. For everyone else, I will use flat rate priority whenever possible.
