Brown vintage embroidered circles buttons

Description

This set of six 1/2" buttons would make an adorable accent to a store bought, handmade or thrifted cardigan! Recycled from a stained dresser scarf, they now have new life as buttons. They would also be perfect for scrapbooks, purses and totes, hair accessories or home decor projects.

Buttons made from vintage embroidery will vary slightly. Much of the vintage embroidery was done by hand. Shown are the original linens used for these buttons. The vintage linens I find are one of a kind, so once these sets of buttons are gone, that’s it! However, I can search for special requests (chickens, blue, geometric) and make custom buttons for you.

Although the stitching and fabric is vintage, the buttons are new parts assembled with a commercial grade button machine. This makes them more uniform and sturdier than pop-together buttons.
