Thaddeous, the Mouse Clown

Description

Thaddeous always wanted to be a clown. Even as a child, he lay in bed at night and imagined running off to join the circus. Then, when he finally went to sleep, he would dream about it. And when he woke up, he would talk about it.

Now, Louise, his mother had had different plans for him since his birth. She would name him Thaddeous. Why, a child with an important name like that would definitely have to grow up to be a Lawyer, a Doctor--or at the very least, a..a Teacher!

Well, now Thaddeous is all grown up and you can plainly see what happened! He achieved his dream! How he loves making all the mice children laugh as he travels with Swinging Brothers, Harnum and Daily, the largest circus in all the mouse world. Yay, Thaddeous!

Thaddeous is a whimsical piece and not meant for a small child to play with as he has small pieces attached. From the ground to the top of the flower on his hat, he sits 6 inches (2.4cm) high.

I have made mouse dolls for 30 years and many older children and adults have collected them. Each mouse doll is an original and one of a kind. You will not see another "Thaddeous", although you may come across his mother, Louise, one day. Each doll comes with his or her story and my signature attached.
