This dress would be so cute with tights and maryjane shoes. It's kind of school teacher-like but has a hippie element to it. I love the fabric - it's cotton or cotton blend. The tie at the neckline and the detail at the waistline is black velvet. Zips up the back side. Elastic at the wrists which creates a ruffled finish. Size 8.
