Horsehair Basket Dark Filly
Description
This is a perfectly shaped olla, at 1 3/8" tall and 1 3/8" wide.It is a beautiful feminine water jar shape, and quite large.
It is hard for me to part with this one! Dark horsehair is bound with natural colored (tan) artificial sinew , also called waxed nylon.
Perfect for miniature collectors, or shadowboxes.
The carved stone horse shown in the image is so you can see the relative size of these baskets, the horse is not included with your purchase.
