Faux Terracotta Lion Garden or Wall Plaque dollhouse miniature
Description
This 1:12 scale wall or garden lion plaque has been freehand hand sculpted from polymer clay to resemble 'new' terracotta. These were very popular on the external walls of old houses, incorporated in with the brick or stone, often in a random little nook, or in a conservatory. They're also reasonably popular nowadays to just hang individually on a garden wall on top of what already exists, perhaps surrounded by vines or creepers.You could also make it resemble part of a fountain, if you so wished!
He'd be a cute addition to any garden. And you can add 'weathering' to him with paints.
In the picture it is attached to my background with a bit of blue tack, but you can easily glue it to a surface.
The square the lion is on measures about three quarters of an inch square. He sticks out from the wall about half an inch.
This is an adult collectable and is not designed for children.
