Art Deco Ledo Vintage Demi Parure, Rhinestone Pave Set

A stunning vintage demi-parure by Ledo, consisting of a rhinestone pave brooch and matching earrings. The high-quality costume jewelry set is shaped like a chevron, or leaves, and made in gold and silver tone metal. On the brooch, the pinback is positioned so one of the leaves is parallel to the ground and the other hangs down at an angle). The similarly shaped earrings are clip-ons.

Ledo is a high-quality brand of costume jewelry that is harder to find than most. Ledo was the name used between 1948 and 1962 by the Polcini jewelry company, which was founded in the early 1900s.

This set is in excellent condition, with all rhinestones in place and none of them turned black. The pinback and clip earrings are all very secure. The name Ledo appears only on the earrings (not uncommon in these sets).

Size: The pin is 2 inches across by 1 3/4 inches deep (at the widest) (5 x 4.5 cm). The earrings are 1 1/4 inches long by 7/8 inch across (3 x 2.3 cm).

All of my jewelry comes packaged in colorful hand-made pouches--ready for gift-giving, but easy to open if you want to peek first.
