This notebook is bursting with warm red, orange and gold. It has a kind of Asian feel to it, it would be perfect as a travel journal to record all the new sights, sounds and smells in it.

The outer fabric is made from this gorgeous skirt I found in a charity shop in Edinburgh one day. I don't know what it is made of but the bright colours and silky smooth feel to it made it irresistible, I had to buy it and use it for my next book.

The pages of the book are made of an off-white paper which is suitable for any dry media, and the signatures of the book are lined with rice paper. The book is coptic bound with black yarn, and lies flat when open. The book is aprox 5.5"x8" (UK size A6) with 90 pages (180 both sides).

I have used golden/brown beads and coloured gemstones for the bookmark and the book can be fastened closed with a wooden fastener and black beads.

I still have some material left so if you like this book but want a different size/number of pages I can custom make one for you if you just convo me.
