So..the chronicles of Narnia. What a wonderful Universe those books created....***freedom nods off for a sec, enjoying an imaginary cup of tea with Mr. and Mrs. Beaver***

hmmm? oh yea! Narnia. So, i always wondered something. What ever happened to Mr. Tumnus? I mean, he risked everything to get Lucy back safe to the wardrobe and got turned to stone for it. then when Narnia was liberated he was freed from the spell. And then what? We know about the kiddos, they become kings and queens and have many adventures and then end up going back through the wardrobe and into our own dimension as if no time had passed. And thanks to a little assistance from a friend my addled brain is refreshed with the memory that he was a royal advisor to the 4 kings and queens and especially to Lucy. But what did ol' Mr Tumnus do with his spare time?

Well as far as i know, he married a beautiful gem of a jackrabbit faun, and they proceeded to start a family. a HUGE family of fauns. What fun! as far as i know their home looks something like this:

(you can see they have a gnome and fairy friend there caring for the grounds) and they live very peacefully and contentedly, gardening, painting, crafting, cooking, and telling stories in the big tepee in the backyard.

So i am now happy to introduce to you their son, Hari. He has come here in search of a daughter of eve or a son of adam to call his best friend! If you know the very human, please let us know!

This guy is about 14 inches tall. His build is waldorf inspired and made from all natural, ecological materials. I say waldorf inspired because of the materials and also because his head is carefully sculpted in clean carded chemical free wool and strong hemp jewelry twine and then stitched and covered with a beautiful wool interlock from WoolCreations.etsy.com

His eyes are hand painted acrylic Suncatcher eyes (etsy)- these eyes have so much depth and detail. He has wool felt lids which are well sewn down and tacked to the interior hemp twine on the head. His body is also stuffed with eco wool and is made from the wool interlock on top and a recycled felted 100% shetland wool sweater on the bottom. i have carefully handsewn everything including his cute little merino wool felt horns, wooly roving hair, and puff tail. he has a little wool scarf with tassles in christmas-ish colors

He's a vegetarian and loves greens of all sorts, but has a particular fondness for tea and crumpets with butter and jam. He has such a sweet, unassuming and shy personality. I really think this guy will be someone's very special friend!

He's officially "not for children under 3" because of his eyes. My two year old has no problems with my dolls, but she doesn't rip hard, gnaw, and chew.
