It comes complete with built-in procare waterproof barrier and wings with professionally-applied polyacetel resin snaps. Approximate measurements: 8"L x 2.5"W when snapped.

Construction:
Top layer of 100% cotton flannel with channels sewn-in, absorbant flannel inner core, procare waterproof barrier, flannel bottom layer (tag side), wings with snaps.
