For your consideration I have a beautiful heavy linen book bag.

This tote bag was created using vintage linen originally intended to protect laundry when it was run through the large wringers of old timey industrial tub washers. It is nice and heavy, and has lovely blue stripes woven into the selvage of the fabric! The word, "BOOKYWOOKS" has been printed on the outside patch pocket using permanent oil-based ink.

This bag is really nicely finished - all inside hidden seams are serged for durability, the bag is fully lined with coordinating fabric, and the handles are stitched in with four rows of stitching and some sweet little Mother of Pearl buttons!

The measurements of this bag are @ 12" x 15" with the end to end straps length of @16 1/2". The patch pocket on the front is @ 5" x 8". The interior pocket has two 1 1/2 inch slots for pens & pencils, and a 4" slot for a small journal or wallet.
