Flower essences and aromatherapy are an amazing combination for people needing help getting to sleep. Do keep in mind, however, that this product is not a drug--it won't put you down the way a potent tranquilizer will. If you have run-of-the mill insomnia putting it on your belly, neck and shoulders or having someone rub it all the way down your front and back may be all the help you need. If your insomnia has become a regular problem you may need to apply it twice a day-- once early in the evening right after work (if you work a normal work schedule) and again when you go to bed, possibly over a few days for the healing properties take effect.

Add a little to your bath water or use it for massage for best results.
