Flower essences and aromatherapy are an amazing combination for people needing help getting to sleep. In this formula Chamomile soothes the body's digestive system mentally (for those who just can't seem to stop chewing on the issues of the day) and physically which allows the potent relaxing properties of Nicotiana and Spikenard to take effect. Do keep in mind, however, that this product is not a drug--it won't put you down the way a potent tranquilizer will. For chronic insomnia you may need to use this twice a day (once early in the evening and then again before going to bed) for a few days for the healing properties to take effect.

(My "Releasing Worry and Fear" formula is another great sleep remedy. If fear is the root cause of your insomnia use that one instead. If heartbreak, grief or pain is at fault, try "Troubled Times.")

This formula is at least 95% organic and contains the following ingredients in a nonalcoholic jojoba oil base:

Essential oils: Jasmine, Rosewood, Chamomile, Spikenard
For releasing tension and worry, and encouraging relaxation, tranquility and blissful sleep.

Flower Essences: Nicotiana, Chamomile, Rock Water
For releasing into the flow of life, releasing tension, and relaxing rigidities while encouraging emotional balance and a peaceful state of mind.

All Mama Love perfumes are handmade by me. I shrinkwrap them with a blowdryer and tie them to cards I designed and had printed at a print shop.

This product is intended to be used as an all-natural perfume; however, it is made to strict aromatherapy standards for its emotional effects. You won't impact an entire room like other perfumes. Your body is meant to soak it up and USE it. Like all 100% natural perfumes made without synthetic extenders you may need to reapply it later in the day to renew its scent.
