Kiwi Flowers
Description
26" x 18" (66 x 46 cm)This wall hanging has a traditional pieced background with 3 pink flowers appliqued on top. The center of each flowers is a print of a slice of kiwi. The flower stems are made of yarn that has been attached to the quilt by “couching” and yarn is also couched on the quilt’s border. This quilted wall-hanging comes with a rod and will hang on a single nail.
The second and third views show close-ups and the fourth view is the back. This quilt was part of an on-line challenge. The challenge was to use the fabric that is shown in the last view.
