Blue green white and yellow tote bag with chipalope patch

Description

Hand drawn chipalopes in permanent textile inks adorn a smart blue appliqued patch with green decorative stitched edging. Patch hand cut after decorative stitching and heat bonded onto bag with fusible web, then stitched down. Applied to the front of a simple large unlined cotton denim tote bag with a strip of vintage cotton canvas print around the top. Sturdy white denim straps have a drop of about 10.5 inches. Bag measures 15 inches tall by 22 inches wide when folded flat. 6 inch gusset on bottom. Very roomy, good for library or bookstore trips, farmer's market, drawing pads, etc. Take some original art shopping with you.
