About this Piece
This image is of the legendary Green Man of Celtic mythology. The image was carved in relief into a linoleum block, then printed onto archival Rives BFK printmaking paper. There is no color in the image--the paper is white, and the image you see is the three dimensional relief that has been pressed into it. I have darkened up the digital image to show more detail. The print is signed and numbered at the bottom.
The dimensions above are for the image itself, it is printed on carefully torn paper, measuring 11" x 15".
