Indicolite, Sapphire and Pearl 18k Gold Necklace
Description
Indicolite is a rare, intense blue-green variety of tourmaline with an unparalleled depth of color. It is one of my favorite gemstones. In this necklace, I have paired these stones with clear, small faceted Songea sapphires in shades of pale blue-violet and grey. Tiny pale freshwater pearls complete the color ensemble.A tumble of sapphires & pearls cascades over the handwired gold leaf pendant with a central vein of sapphires.
This necklace measures 16.5" and closes with a simple 18k hook and eye clasp. All the wire used to weave the gemstones is 18k gold.
