a custom design.here made out of white gold with a rose gold setting and axis for the 4mm sapphire.
for this ring, one initial or important letter is stamped on the back of the cabochon setting.
other gems available...ruby, emerald, aquamarine...or something else you have in mind.
this is inscribed "i love you" in polish on the inside...
