This set is just beautiful! Set includes ruffled twirl skirt, warm and comfy fleece vest and headscarf. Vest should be worn with your choice sleeves lengths tee. Vest has lots of sewn felt appliqués, red back - yellow front, and collar with lil ruffle (vintage lace!). ANY SIZE. Skirt and headscarf are 100% cotton, vest is high quality and not pilling – 100% poly. Please be noticed – underskirt is not included. Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water
