Flying Haystacks is an Art Print in a Book Format, or Zine. It is loaded with images for evocation and inspiration.

This issue documents The Coney Island Mermaid Parade which takes place in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York every year in celebration of the Summer Solstice. The parade is a collection of very creative people who make their own costumes and floats by hand for the sheer fun of it. In that respect it is truly magical.

This is all original work using various mediums: collage, photography, ink, paint, mixed media. Printed, trimmed and stapled on high quality copy paper.
