Tone your skin every time you wash your face and neck. Once you incorporate a toner into your daily facial routine, you will never stop. It is one of the most important steps in any facial cleansing routine. I was the type that would never use a toner, I found the dept stores "best" to be too drying or too oily, just not right. So I started brewing my own and incorporated it into my cleansing regime and honestly my skin is the best its ever been!

Use with a cotton pad or cotton ball after you cleanse your face. Morning and night and follow with your mositurizer.
