Let these little beasts guard your precious books.

Just write your name in the empty space under "Ex Libris" ("from the library of" in Latin), peel off the backing paper, and stick it into your book. They also make a great gift.

Each set of 4 book plates comes with 1 of each animal: a cat, a horned owl, a pug, and a french bulldog.

- Letterpress printed in mustard yellow and robin's egg blue soy ink.
- 20% cotton paper gives a nice impression.
- Backed with archival adhesive with a protective paper that pulls off when you want to use it (like a sticker).
- Slipped into a cellophane bag for protection. you can recycle this as a separate envelope!
- Size: 3" x 4"(approx. 8 x 10.5 cm)

I print these book plates one page at a time, one color at a time on my vintage Vandercook letterpress, so that they have the gorgeous texture and impression that is characteristic of this nostalgic printing technique.
