BOX HOUSE vintage folk art sculpture 1000 PIECES no. 71
Description
Box House is the 4th in the house on legs series that I can't seem to stop making. It's a female house figure enclosed in a box..hey this sounds familiar. It's a vintage wooden cigar box with a vintage cast iron house on old game part legs with a vintage alarm clock head. The inside of the box is covered with a vintage map of Germany. She measures 11 1/4" by 7 1/2" and is named, signed, numbered and dated on the back. She hangs on the wall by two hangers mounted on the top and is heavy weighing 3 1/2 pounds.See all my available sculptures here:
