Chocolate Rose

Yummy chocolate, who can resist it? This sweet hat is a soft medium brown shade. Rich warm....and chocolatey. The body of the hat is hand blocked, using wool felt skirting. It is a classic, yet sassy style, that lends itself to many outfits. The brim is unwired, and classic soft look results. The brim is 4.5" in depth, and edge stitched with tweedy woolen yarn. The band and flower are of hand felted wool. I made the felt using the flat wet felting method. The base color of the flower/band is a soft taupe, with touches of black, sky blue, and pinks. A slight touch of flash (angelina sparkle fiber) is felted in as well. The rose is 5" across, and is accented with machine stitching.
The inside of the hat is finished off with professional millinery ribbon.

Fits 22.5" to 23" size
