Description

This beautifully handcrafted trellis has been intricately carved with great detail to catch the lights and shadows in your home. What a challenge I have in growing the perfect vine at my garden gate! My interpretation of the trellis is inspired by my love for gardening and my awe at the wonder and variety outside my door.

This design was originally created as an ornament for your holiday tree but most folks hang them all year round in a favorite window to catch the sunlight and create shadow magic.

Each trellis is hand carved from high quality porcelain and fired in an electric kiln to 2381 degrees. I do not use molds or slip cast any items. I spend many hours carving each piece and smoothing rough edges to create the intricate details.

The trellis measures about 4 inches in diameter and is laced with a white or sage green satin ribbon. You may pick your ribbon color by contacting me at the contact section. If you do not choose a color, I will ship it with whatever I have in stock. It looks great with both colors so I don't think you will be disappointed either way. Each trellis is slipped into a homemade satin pouch for safekeeping after being removed from your tree.
