Copper Chainmail Bracelet Box Chain Oxidized

Description

This chainmaille (chainmail) bracelet was handmade by winding copper wire into a coil. I then sawed the coil into individual rings. The rings were then woven in a pattern known as box chain. Finally, I added a handmade hammered S clasp and oxidized the bracelet to give it a rich, brown finish.

Although this bracelet is quite substantial, it is soft and slinky and has nice movement to it.

This bracelet measures 7-3/4 inches ((19.7 cm) in length, including the clasp and is approximately 3/8 inches (.95cm) wide. It will fit comfortably on a 7 inch (17.8 cm) wrist. The length can be adjusted upon request.
