Custom Copper Silhouettes on Wooden Plaque

Description

This is a nice heavy piece of pine cut to measure 18x24 and then I applied a black and brown wash which allows you to see the wood grain underneath.

Send me pictures of your children and I will saw their silhouettes from copper sheet metal by hand and then hand hammer the finish. Copper looks great because it changes cool colors from exposure to the air or it can be polished to stay its natural color!

The price listed is for 3 silhouettes in descending size order. If you want a different amount of silhouettes, please convo me for a price quote.

Under each face, I stamped my childrens' names and birthdates on copper oval 'plaques'. I finished the piece by adding the word 'CHERISH' hand cut from copper in my favorite papyrus font! I can use another word and/or font, just convo me.

This would make a unique gift or something special for yourself. Capture a moment in time by preserving your children's silhouettes for a lifetime!
