Forest Animal Squirrel Trinket Box Vintage Design in White
Description
Beautiful forest animal trinket box!Earthenware ceramic squirrel trinket box. Perfect to store all your favorite jewelry and small knick knacks. From the top of the squirrel to the bottom it is 3 1/2" high, top of lid to bottom is 1 5/8" high, 2.7" wide and 3 1/2" long.
I made this using 2 vintage molds. One is from the 60's and the other from the 70's. After the trinket box and lid were removed from the mold , I made the Squirrel in another mold and attached it on top. It is then allowed to dry, cleaned, fired in the kiln, then painted with glaze and fired in the kiln one last time.
Be sure to see the whole collection of forest animals, 5 in all!
