Felt Vessel - Merino Wool and Silk

Description

This vessel has been wet felted - no knitting or sewing involved!
I used gorgeous black merino wool as the base and added some silk and blue merino/tencel blend to give it a little class and shine.

The shape of this vessel is not round, but flat or oblong, It is a sturdy vessel that will hold it's shape. You could use it to hold lighter objects like dried flowers, pens, chopsticks etc.

It stands 5 1/2" tall and is about 5 1/2" wide.

You will love the way this feels in the palms of your hands!

To care for your felt vessel:

If it gets mashed or otherwise misshapen and it will not reshape by hand - Submerge in warm water, roll in a dry towel to get rid of excess water and reshape. Let air dry.
