Primitive Birdhouse Rustic Country Yellow with Green Trim Salt Box

Description

A great looking salt box birdhouse that has been painted yellow and distressed to give it a slightly aged appearance. There are nine windows on this birdhouse, each one is framed in hand split dark green trim. The front door is painted charcoal with dark green trim around it and a 2" grapevine wreath.

This bridhouse measures approx. 12 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" deep by 17" tall. The entry hole for the birds is located on the side of the birdhouse and is 1 1/14". With the entry hole located between the two windows more than 6" from the base of the birdhouse, makes it dimensionally inviting for the songbirds in your yard to build their nest in. The roof and base have been painted black and there is a hand made hand painted brick chimney on the roof. The bottom will unscrew easily if you wish to clean it out.

This birdhouse looks great on the patio or on a primitive chair in your garden or foyer. Add some charm to your country home by displaying it on the fireplace mantle or hearth.
