Decorative Fabric Covered Notebook- Fern & Flower Sunprint- Use as Sketchbook, for Journaling, or even School Work.

This Sturdy and Beautiful Decorative notebook cover is made from various hand painted and sunprinted fabrics fused and stitched onto heavy interfacing. The central panel on the front is a sunprint of a fern with Phlox flowers and confetti butterflies over fabric painted in mainly a medium green and rosy pink. The body of the cover is a rainbow striped fabric in pink to blue to green. Inside cover pockets are a blue-purple and pink salt textured fabric, and a subtle print fabric in soft mint green is used for the inside cover and notebook pockets.

Spiral notebook- 1 subject, 10.5x8", college ruled, is included. When notebook is full, just add a new one.

My covers have pockets for collecting extra papers inside both front and back, along with a pocket to hold a pen or pencil. The notebook is held in place by another set of pockets, with a ribbon tie to hold the spiral more securely.

Various coordinating sunprinted or handpainted fabrics are used on the outside of the cover, with other painted or commercial fabrics used for the inner pockets. A flap wraps around to the front, with a large button that you wrap a ribbon cord attached to the cover around, for the closure. This allows you to still close the cover easily even after adding extra papers, etc. A large decorative bead on the end of the cord will keep the cord in place.

My painted fabrics have all been heat set for permanence, and surfaces can be cleaned if needed with a damp cloth. Each cover is an original. No two can ever be alike due to the use of my unique fabrics.
