Mardi Fae Rouge is my number seven fairy that I made in 2007. She is dressed in a red, silky fabric, and she has NO stand. She's a Winter Fairy. Her red glass eyes sparkle with silver glitter. She comes with a bag of Cajun Fairy Powder. Each fairy comes with a Card signed by Mary Lynn Plaisance. Each fairy is 10 inches tall. Some fairies will have wooden stands and some don’t. This one does not.

Each fairy is a one-of-a-kind!

Look at her photos. She's a joy. Her firery appearance brings courage. :)

I have NO one way of making my fairies. What ever I feel and what ever fabric I pick up from my stash,
I place on the doll until I like it and she feels complete. I've said of Acadia, "she made ME make HER". :)

I can make a fairy to look similar to the ones in the poster, but the fairy will never look exactly like each other.

About My Cajun Fairies (The Feufollet)
The Cajun Fairies, are designed and hand-made by doll artist Mary Lynn Plaisance. No two fairies will ever be exactly alike. Her fairies come from the Good Cajun Fairy Realm. Hope that you never meet up with a wicked one.

Each fairy along with her fairy powder bag brings much peace, success, and happiness.
Place your fairy in special place in your home or office; wherever you want happiness to dwell.
Her fairy powder works on its own. You need not do anything. The Cajun Fairy works her magic when you don’t see her.

Each Fairy carries a white tulle bag of Cajun Fairy Powder, not dust in one hand.
Cajun Fairy powder is made of white flour which is the stuff to start the gumbo with.
A magic wand is carried in the other hand.

Good Cajun Fairies can hear the voices of souls who have passed away to the other side. When a dearly departed soul speaks to a good Cajun fairy, they fly to the aid of the loved one who is still on this Earthly plane.
Good Cajun Fairies are extremely positive beings.
