ADDED ON 2/20/2009 . . . Before reading the description, PLEASE KNOW THAT I CAN NOW ADD SOUND TO THIS LAMP!!!! I have figured out how to put in sound modules to my lamps so that they can TALK NOW!!! CONTACT ME BEFORE ORDERING if you have a favorite phrase or movie line or 20 seconds of music you'd like me to add to your lamp for $15 extra.
And of course, you can buy the lamp without talking as well. Whatever is your pleasure. . . .

Hey Folks, well, I’m at it again. This came as a custom order from my friend Amber. Always a film favorite of mine, it was a pure joy to make this “It Happened One Night” lamp. The images on the shade came directly from the film so you won’t find them in any book. I tried to include pictures from every scene so that the lamp and shade tell the whole story of the movie.

The base has the image from the original film poster, Clark Gable kneeling over Claudette Colbert in a classic loving pose.

As always, there seems to be no idea that doesn’t make a wonderful new lamp and/or shade. And it’s tremendously fun and fulfilling for me to create something brand new that didn’t exist ten minutes ago.
