Happy Bunny Select Sewing Set

This sewing set includes 1 tasket, 1 needlebook and 1 pincushion.

The tasket measures 4 1/2" tall (ribbon handles add another 2") and 3" across. Very handy for organizing your supplies, use it to hold fabric pens, spools of thread, fabric scraps, notes, receipts, yarn, buttons.... the possibilities are endless! It is lined with white bunny patterned cotton fabric and there are four 2 1/2" pockets around the outside for additional storage. The tasket is made of canvas and is able to stand on its own. The bunny patterned fabric is from Japan.

The needle book is 2 1/2" x 4" long and has 4 pages (but really 8, since you can use both the front and back of each page). The cover is made of very soft heather wool. (Small flecks are an inherent part of this wool and should not be considered flaws.) The lovely red button on the needlebook is vintage.

I designed and hand embroidered the bunny and ground, which decorate the front of the needle book. Nestled in the grass are three tiny flower buttons.

The pincushion is 3" across. The top is made with the same bunny patterned fabric to match the tasket. The bottom is made of matching green cotton fabric. The top and bottom are decorated with coordinating buttons and wool.

This sewing set would make a useful and fun addition to your workspace. Would also make a lovely and unique gift for someone you know who likes to sew, quilt, embroider, bead, etc.

* Note: I have made more than one of this set. Because these are hand sewn, there will be slight variations in the stitches. Be assured that each set is made with the exact same materials and keen attention to detail.
