Here I have a great BIG floor cushion made by me for little ones to bounce on (and off), rest a weary head on, wipe a sticky face on or balance on their head, which is what my son likes to do with his.
They're big, bright and lots of fun, a pile of books placed near one can encourage reading...children have even been known to fall asleep on them!
How big is BIG? 32in x 32in (81cm x 81cm). Made from 100% cotton, seams are interfaced and overlocked for strength, zip in back is also reinforced. Covers can be thrown in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Price is for cover only.
Inserts: I have sized these cushions so that you can use two normal bed pillows for inserts. I do this with mine and it works very well. I find it less expensive, more convenient and you can control the feel and quality of the insert. Go for smooshie, bouncy, firm etc. I choose to use two queen size pillows that are quite "puffy". Using the two pillows produces a soft but flat surface that I think children find it easier to sit on etc. Of course you can also purchase your own 32in cushion insert if you like.
