Just like the grown up version! Poly cotton fabric sourced from a tablecloth (which had not been used). I guarantee you will not see another like this in a hurry!The skirt is fully lined in white poplin and has an elastic waist for comfort. Very easy care, just toss in the washer and dryer.

17 inch waist (unstretched) 23.5 inch stretched
23.5 inch hip
11.25 inches long
Model is three years old, but is very small for her age, more like a size 2T, and as you can see it fits her well.
