BLUE MARSHMALLOW repurposed necklace

i came across some great vintage lucite graduated necklaces, which i was going to take apart and sell (translation: stolen from my mom's garage - thanks mom!). this past weekend i started to take them apart and was inspired by these great beads.

so here i am, a weekend, a couple of late nights, and about 40 necklaces later.

this one consists of baby blue lucite beads (9-14mm), a porcelain kazuri focal bead (21mm), a czech glass focal bead (14mm), and some green czech glass beads (8mm) in between.

after digging through boxes (and boxes, and boxes...thank god for garages) i found a vintage key, a metal heart (was once an earring), and and old button for the focal point of this necklace, tied on with baby blue suede lace.

the clasp is a copper lobster claw and another old key.

19 inches including clasp.
