The tie applique is made from a wonderfully adorable blue hawiian print, then fused to the shirt and will be sewn on with your preference of raw edge to add to the charm of this shirt, or a more formal ribbon sewn stich for no raw edges. I can also make this in any size from 0-3 months all the way up to adult sizes!
