Basket of Roses in Stained Glass

Description

Two roses in a handled basket, lovely.

Yellow glass with both clear and white swirled in, with a Corella texture was used for the bright yellow rose. An orange/red smooth glass was selected for the other rose. Both glass has movement and graining to give the roses a lifelike appearance. The basket is a dark brown with caramel giving the appearance of woven reeds. Pewter patina was applied and then the piece was waxed. You can either hang these roses in a window or display them on an easel stand.

Size is 9 1/2" wide by 10 1/2" high. A 36" chain is included.
