Vintage Waverly Blue and Yellow Diaper or General Purpose Bag

Description

I fell in love with this blue and yellow paisley Waverly home furnishings fabric with coordinating stripe. It is cotton with a soil release finish. It is 17" by 14" with a 4" band. The shaped and padded strap is 36". The seams and strap feature a soft blue woven suede cloth cording. I've lined the bag with a washable polyester satin lining. both the outside and inside fabrics are interfaced. There is a cell phone pocket and one full width pocket with a smaller pocket inside that on the outside of the bag. On the inside, there is a large zippered pocket and two large pockets on the opposite side. The flap closes with a magnetic snap. Every seam is at least double stitched. I've also included a padded changing pad which has one side made from the blue suede cloth and one side from the lighter blue satin. This bag would also be suitable for a extra large regular purse, for a travel bag, to hold a lap top, crafts or school supplies, or for a market bag. There may be more of this fabric available somewhere, but this is all I have.
