"2 Red Deer in the Snow" is an original oil painting on a 11 x 16 inch stretched canvas, completed in October 2008. It was inspired by one of my favorite Franz Marc paintings, "Deer in the Snow", 1911. The gallery-wrapped edges of the canvas are .75" deep and painted black. The back is wired so you can hang it right up as soon as you unwrap it!
